Kesha McGuire is currently a high school educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. She has mentored new teachers and led professional development training specializing in team building for several years.

While leading professional development training courses, she discovered her passion for building better teams. She is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their highest potential and creating a culture of productivity and teamwork. Her values are centered around striving for excellence in everything she does.

She has been nominated and selected as teacher of the year multiple times.

When not working, Kesha spends time with her husband, son and German Shepherd.
